Hi lovelies! GypsterVeil & ShopGypsetItGirl has rebranded and is now Sanctuaire de la Belle.

This translates from French to "Sanctuary of the Beautiful" and is home to an elevated look but with a sensibility.  I chose this new name from wanting to combine the traditional southern style I grew up with and a luxury European aesthetic. Plus, I now have a goal of having a store in a former church!

I dreamed up my business almost seven years ago. The brand and I have both grown and I felt the name should reflect our different merchandise selection along with a sensitivity to the word gypsy.

With the rebranding, we are growing! I am now in four brick-and-mortar locations where I sell furniture and home accessories as well as vintage-inspired and on-trend quality clothing.

My home base is now a 1950s cottage in the small college town of Starkville, Mississippi. I lived in NYC and Las Vegas before returning home to the south and while I do love it here, I have constant wanderlust and travel as often as possible on buying trips.

The mission is remaining the same: To inspire those that find it hard to establish your own personal style that mixes comfortable staples with glamorous accents without looking like everyone else. I know a wardrobe full of quality pieces you love can inspire you to go out into the world and live your best life. Add picking up a pair of vintage earrings from a hand-painted trinket dish after sitting at your retro vanity, and you're golden!

I want to put the brakes on our addiction to over-consuming and help you build and invest in clothing and home accents of intentional purchases that will lead to you curating your own sanctuary.

You can find me almost everyday on Instagram, so I'd love to hear from you!!
